Davide Frattesi is reportedly keen on a move to Juventus and would welcome the opportunity to reunite with Luciano Spalletti during the current transfer window.
The midfielder remains a highly regarded player in Serie A, but he has struggled to secure enough playing time at Inter Milan, where he has yet to establish himself as a consistently important figure within the squad.
Before joining Inter Milan, Juventus had shown strong interest in signing him from Sassuolo. However, the player preferred a move to Milan, despite Sassuolo reportedly favouring negotiations with the Bianconeri at the time.
Juventus Still Interested In Frattesi
Juventus never completely lost interest in the midfielder and is now considering reigniting their pursuit as his situation at Inter Milan remains uncertain.
According to Tuttomercatoweb, the Bianconeri are expected to make a move for Frattesi in the near future as they continue strengthening the squad ahead of the new season.
The report also stated that Nottingham Forest remains interested in signing the midfielder after previously attempting to secure his services during the January transfer window.
Forest view Frattesi as an ideal addition capable of improving their midfield options, and the Premier League side is reportedly prepared to act quickly to complete a deal.
Nottingham Forest Ready To Compete
Despite Forest’s interest, Frattesi is reportedly waiting for Juventus because he considers the Turin club a more attractive destination.
However, Forest may possess a stronger financial position and could potentially offer terms that Juventus would struggle to match during negotiations.
Juventus’ interest is also influenced by the player’s previous performances under Spalletti with the national team, where he impressed the manager with his displays in midfield.
While Juventus are expected to take a measured approach to negotiations, Forest is prepared to move immediately, and Inter Milan reportedly has no issue approving a deal if the player agrees to the transfer.
