Fabio Miretti could be on his way to Bologna before the end of this month as Juventus attempts to resolve its capital gains problem ahead of an important financial deadline.

The Bianconeri reportedly need to generate €13 million in capital gains before the end of the month in order to meet their financial target and avoid falling short. One of the most effective ways to achieve that objective would be through the sale of a player, with Miretti now emerging as one of the leading candidates to leave the club.

Juventus Facing Financial Pressure

The midfielder has struggled for regular playing time under Luciano Spalletti, largely because his profile does not appear to suit the manager’s preferred tactical system.

As a result, Juventus are now considering the possibility of allowing him to leave if the right offer arrives. Bologna have emerged as a serious option and are reportedly willing to submit a proposal that could help Juventus address their immediate financial concerns.

The situation has placed additional attention on Miretti’s future, particularly as Juventus continue assessing ways to balance their accounts before the deadline arrives.

Bologna Ready To Make Their Move

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Bologna are prepared to pay around €14 million for the midfielder, a figure that would allow Juventus to meet their required capital gains target.

Juventus reportedly consider Miretti one of the players they could sacrifice in order to raise funds, although the club had initially hoped to secure a higher fee for the midfielder.

Because of that, the Bianconeri may still delay accepting Bologna’s proposal if they are able to complete another transfer in the coming days that would help them achieve the same financial objective.

Miretti’s future is therefore expected to remain uncertain until Juventus make a final decision regarding their transfer strategy and financial planning before the end of the month.

Bologna, meanwhile, is monitoring developments closely as they attempt to strengthen their squad with the addition of a talented young midfielder who could benefit from a fresh opportunity elsewhere.
